Yukon Public Schools is required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to provide each employee with a W-2 and ACA Form, which states the employee's compensation and tax withholding amounts for the calendar year, on or before January 31 of the following year.
Current employee
s who choose to receive his/her W-2 and ACA statement electronically may withdraw consent. The employee's withdrawal of consent will be effective on the date it is received, and the Payroll Department will confirm in writing or by e-mail the effective date of the consent withdrawal. If consent is withdrawn, it will only be effective for those W-2 and ACA statements not yet issued. Electronic forms may be found on Employee Access. To withdraw your electronic consent, send an e-mail or written notice to:

Former employees will receive their W-2 and ACA statements via USPS mail to the address on file. These tax documents will be mailed by January 31 of the following year. Additionally, former employees can access their electronic W-2 and ACA statements through the Former Employee Access.
