Free and Reduced Applications are now open. You can conveniently access the applications online at MySchoolApps.com or through the YPS website. Additionally, English and Spanish paper applications are available at all Summer Feeding sites until July 25th. Remember, only one application is required per household.
To ensure uninterrupted meal benefits, it is crucial that each student has an approved application on file before the first day of school. Otherwise, they will be charged the full price for their meals until their application is processed and approved.
Qualifying for the Free and Reduced Program brings several incentives, including ACT/SAT Exam Fee Waivers, College Application Fee Waivers, Reduced College Board (Advanced Placement) Fees, and potential reduced monthly fees from select Internet providers, upon submission of an approved free and reduced application.
For your convenience, we have attached copies of the paper applications in both English and Spanish. These can be found on the district website under Child Nutrition Services. Additionally, you will find a QR code that directs you to the application.
Please be aware that applications submitted before July 1, 2025, will be considered for the 2024-2025 school year. To ensure eligibility for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, applications must be resubmitted after July 1, 2025.
